Network Administrator
Dynamic government contracting firm seeks experienced, self-motivated professional to provide systems management and network support to company users of company- and/or client-provided information resources technology. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of administration for the Microsoft Windows operating systems including, system management, application scripting, and exchange 2003/2007 and MS Server 2003/2008, providing network and PC preventive maintenance to ensure network and data integrity, testing new software applications and making recommendations, and conducting needs assessments, evaluating assistance currently being offered and developing approaches to enhance company capabilities for user support. Candidates must possess a degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of two years working in a technical operating capacity or a minimum of four years work experience focusing on user software test/evaluation/operational methodology in a networked environment. A+, MCSE or MCSA certifications required. Excellent customer service, verbal and written skills required. Westover is seeking consultants to provide technical support to The Department of Education, Office of Vocational and Adult Education, Division of Adult Education and Literacy (OVAE/DAEL). Subject matter experts should be knowledgeable of AEFLA (P.L. 105-220), Title II of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998; and have experience in state and/or location administration of the Act (P.L. 105-220).
