Biography
Mr. Haworth is a Production Specialist and Administrative Assistant for McFarland with more than 15 years of experience working in the IT and software management fields. He designs and manages databases for several contracts at McFarland. He also provides TTA to grantees served by the Minority Education Institution-Program Coordinating Center and to 31 subgrantees on CSAP’s Faith and Community Based Support Initiative (FCBSI) project. He designs tables, data screens, and reports and he provides database support services to subgrantees and the FCBSI project as a whole. Mr. Haworth designed the Human Resources database and manages the OuickBase Database used by McFarland. He creates lookup tables, queries, regular reports and forms. Specifically, Mr. Haworth edited a 400-page home reading primer (K-3) in Quark Express, created a new filing system for McFarland’s Human Resources Department along Federal confidentiality guidelines, and continues to train employees on new software packages.
For the Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness project reviews, he has specifically assisted in compiling reviewer lists, developing and managing the attendee database, photocopying and assembling documents for review packages, mailing necessary materials to peer reviewers, creating CDs with report formats for reviewers, preparing in-house laptops for distribution to reviewers (including tracking and accounting measures associated with laptop distribution), assisting with onsite review TA and other administrative duties, and properly disposing of reviewer documents at the conclusion of the reviews.
Mr. Haworth has demonstrated effective execution of deliverables that required accuracy, speed, and close attention to detail. Clients with whom Mr. Haworth has previously worked include privately and publicly operated firms on the community- and corporate-level tiers. His comprehensive knowledge lends insight to all stages of contract support at McFarland.
