Westover Consultants, Inc. employee Tiffanii Rogers is among a select group of individuals who received the National Institute of Health (NIH) Award of Merit in a ceremony held at NIH on December 8, 2009. This is a tremendous honor for both the firm and Tiffanii who has been with Westover since May 2007. Over the past 2-1/2 years, Tiffanii has worked effectively onsite at NIH along side other Westover employees and NIH staff in the Center for Information Technology (CIT), Division of Computational Bioscience (DCB). She reports directly to Division Chief Dr. Calvin Johnson. Although Tiffanii started out as a Mid-Level Administrative Assistant, she consistently demonstrated her value to NIH by assuming increased responsibilities which landed a recent promotion to Junior Level Data Analyst. The job duties of her new position are broad but primarily involve tracking and storing information on NIH’s extensive inventory of property and equipment that are used to support the Agency’s scientific mission and many activities. The NIH Award of Merit was bestowed upon Tiffanii “for consistent excellence in managing DCB’s business processes, budget, and administrative workflow”. If you ask any of Tiffanii’s co-workers at Westover or NIH to describe the work qualities that likely earned her this coveted award, you will hear terms such as “team player”, “cooperative”, “fast-learner”, “self-directed”, and “dependable” among many other deserving accolades. Westover is extremely proud of Tiffanii who consistently demonstrates the character, competence, and professional image at NIH for which Westover is widely known. Congratulations, Tiffanii, and keep up the great work!
