The Management Consulting Services Division is made up of four distinct yet inter-related practice groups that collectively reflect the firm’s multidisciplinary approach to serving our clients. These groups provide services in staff augmentation, organizational development, training, publications, and social marketing to government agencies, private companies, and nonprofit organizations. WCI's Conference Services Group has coordinated some of the most important meetings that the Federal Government has ever convened to improve the health, education, and social well-being of all Americans. Examples include the National Office of Child Support Enforcement Training Conferences, the National Reading Impact Study, the National Conference for Leaders of Addiction Services, and the National Recovery Conference. Our public- and private-sector clients have entrusted over 3,200 events of all sizes and complexity to WCI on compelling topics such as HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, and mental health. Our conference and logistical support personnel are renowned for the flexibility, customer service, and exceptional attention to detail that they bring to each event.
