The Management Consulting Services Division is made up of four distinct yet inter-related practice groups that collectively reflect the firm’s multidisciplinary approach to serving our clients. These groups provide services in staff augmentation, organizational development, training, publications, and social marketing to government agencies, private companies, and nonprofit organizations. Over the past two decades, WCI's skilled training staff and expert consultants have built a solid track record of success in helping clients and communities develop, grow, and thrive. Our finely tuned expertise includes strategic planning and organizational analyses with follow-up interventions; curriculum development and instructional design through traditional and cutting-edge, computer-based instructional technologies; training delivery; and workforce survey design and data analysis, including focus groups. What distinguishes a WCI trainer from all others is the ability to effectively combine our training skills with in depth subject-matter knowledge on topics of vital importance to company clients. Staff specialties include health promotion, disease prevention, and risk reduction.
