Overview

Thousands of government, corporate, and academic employees have participated in training events or conferences coordinated by WCI, and the company's public outreach campaigns and survey activities have engaged countless others. Our organization began and remains an enterprise committed to improving the human condition here in America and abroad. Over its history the company has addressed the gamut of social, educational and health challenges facing the country, including alcohol and drugs, HIV/AIDS, mental health, co-occurring disorders, child welfare, early education and care, minority and women's health, sexual harassment, and workplace diversity.
Our primary goal is to serve as a catalyst or intermediary-reaching out to underserved populations and other communities in need and linking them to needed technical and financial resources within and outside government. In the process, both clients and their constituents have benefited from WCI's technical, managerial and administrative skills, as well as the firm's commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and social equity.
This multilateral approach to working with clients and the constituents they serve yields ongoing benefits. Staff participation in cultural competence training, teamwork, goal setting, and skill development generates significant performance benefits for most organizations, regardless of their type or mission.
