WCI is organized into three major divisions, which together offer a full and interdisciplinary spectrum of services.

The Management Consulting Division offers comprehensive training, technical assistance, and organizational development services, in addition to research and evaluation services. The Division also plans and manages conferences, meetings, workshops, exhibits, trade shows, and special events. Additionally, we write and edit conference reports, speeches, press releases, media alerts, press kits, journal reviews, and technical publications.

The Military Child and Family Services Division coordinates and publicizes Family Child Care programs and related programs for military parents on active duty..

The Information Technology Services Division provides Web-based multimedia services, Web design and maintenance, and software development services. We design and maintain large and small database systems for various applications and develop multimedia computer-assisted training programs that are both Web based and stand alone in CD-ROM format..

All WCI staff—content experts and researchers, managers and coordinators, and technical specialists--work collaboratively across the three divisions to support a diverse nationwide base of clients and constituents inside and outside of government. For example, our Management Consulting Division professionals rely on our Information Technology Division to help develop interactive software for health promotion curricula. Similarly, our conference managers and Web developers work together to design and maintain online registration systems. WCI's training and facilitation experience is a value addition to the company's conference planning capabilities. And writers, editors, and graphics staff are instrumental in producing technical manuals, training materials, conference proceedings, and other publications.
