WCI is organized into three major divisions, which together offer a full and interdisciplinary spectrum of services.

WCI's team of dedicated and experienced conference planners understand that great meetings, no matter the size, do not just happen--they require precise planning and meticulous attention to detail. Our conference planners become strategic partners with our clients, using our knowledge, skill, and industry contacts to ensure we maximize our client's time and resources while delivering a superior conference experience.

While we follow standardized processes developed from years of experience, we pride ourselves on our flexibility and responsiveness in meeting specialized requirements-often with little lead time. For example, WCI recently assisted the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) with its emergency response activities related to Hurricane Katrina. We organized all technical and logistical arrangements for deployed teams of mental health and substance abuse treatment providers to the Gulf Coast Region to deliver behavioral health services. To maximize SAMHSA's response to the evacuees, project activities were implemented under urgent, adverse circumstances and a highly compressed timetable. Immediately following contract award, project staff worked non-stop and had most major systems in place within 48 hours to identify and deploy the teams. This included the design of a project database for staffing and tracking the teams, an online Web-based training module, and other technology-enhanced features to facilitate project operations.

We are skilled at smoothly accommodating the many variations in event and conference formats, from large trade shows and formal conferences spanning several days to small discussion sessions. Hundreds of clients and thousands of event participants have experienced WCI's commitment to customer service, quality, and professionalism.

Our objective is simple: to ensure that every conference or event is flawlessly planned and seamlessly implemented, providing our client and the participants a comfortable, productive, and enjoyable meeting environment.
