Since its inception, WCI has been a leader in the design and delivery of innovative, client-specific training and technical assistance. Using the latest technologies, we offer clients a full range of complementary services such as needs assessments, surveys, focus group sessions, pre- and post-event evaluation, and the production of specialized reports, training curricula, and or resource material development to meet the diverse training and technical assistance needs of our clients. Our educational materials include computer-based training and interactive materials. We offer both classroom and one-on-one training, as well as off-the-shelf and customized programs. Our workshops and training sessions cover a variety of topics listed in our training catalog.
Increased capacity building through the delivery of technical assistance allows our clients to serve their constituents better. WCI technical assistance services include the provision of both onsite as well as offsite technical assistance . Onsite technical assistance includes the use of technical experts or the delivery of training, whereas offsite technical assistance includes information dissemination through the use of conference calls, individual telephone calls, email, fax, Internet, or the distribution of resource materials.
WCI has a cadre of national expert consultants who are known in their respective fields. Many of our consultants are bilingual and represent a diverse cross-section of society in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, and other demographic variables.
